Wy on earth r u reducing toll fares n increasin the fares tht affect those who's pockets are almost empty???

Some times i really don't understand what the ppl who implement thses changes are thinking..

I think the BEST thing 2 do wld have been

Raise it 2 about RM 2.50...
The increase shld be slow n steady....
Not so sharp n not so drastic...

I haven't gotten on a bus yet since de increase...
But i shall check n find out whn i do...
